THE CONSTITUTION

Pocket Fest is a society of dreams - with it's policy aimed at making dreams come true. A pocket sized festival produced by a community of travellers and Charleston denizens, we aim to showcase there is every reason to believe in the reality of the unreal.

Inalienable rights of every citizen of PocketFest include the following constitutional responsibilities: to search for happiness; to find it. Those who do not comply are thereby regarded as unhappy and you don't want to be that guy/girl.

PocketFest is a caste of keepers of dreams, and should be taken seriously, yet not too seriously, but seriously enough. The citizens are responsible to implement such functions as the victory of light over darkness, magnificence over the ordinary, and possible over the impossible.

Those who apply for a ticket or PocketFest visa are automatically granted political asylum and fall under the protection of the dreamers. Visas must be renewed each night of the festival, and again annually for the years to come.

Refusals of PocketFest visas are often attributed to rudeness & wasteful practices.

It is the responsibility of the Hedz of State to provide the following:
- a loveliness filled yet wickedly ill land of chill
- delicious yet occasionally vicious beverages
- meaningful congenial conversation or humorously exuberant banter
- face-melting, beat-making, heart-breaking, goose-bump prickling, hand-tingling, left/right brain mingling, & yin-yang singling productions.

It is the responsibility of the PocketFest citizens to conduct themselves as follows:
- admire
- be admired

We, the Heds of State and
We, the people, hereby summon forth the 1st Annual Charleston PocketFest from the next dimension into our stunning, sunny Pocket of Southern Carolina.

With dignity & awesomeness
-Hedz of State
